Job Position ---Trainer
Job Description
• Plan, prepare and deliver courses/training according to the training package or accredited courses.
• Provides meaningful and productive hands-on classroom training on the specific trade.
• Develop study materials in addition to the study guide.
• Provide flexible learning which will meet the learning needs of a range of students.
• Plan and assist conduct of assessments of the students in coordination with the centre coordinator and the academic head.
• Monitors the progress of students periodically to review their performance and take performance improvement measures thereafter.
• Will be responsible for meeting all the prospective students who come to the centre for enrolment in his specific trade.
• Is responsible to plan and create the batch according to the student need.
• Provides each batch a specific Batch No.
• Will be responsible for ordering and distribution of the academic tool kits to the students after due liaisoning with the counselor and the accounts department.
• Start the batch within 10 days of the student enrolment irrespective of the student numbers achieving a reasonable strength.
• Report to the academic head, the placement support team and the centre coordinator within 10 days of the commencement of the batch.
• Inform the Academic head 15 days before the assessment date.
• Plan and ensure the assessment requirements are in place on the date of assessment.
• Ensure that the certificate is distributed to the students within 15 days of the assessment working in close coordination with the Academic head.
• Make sure that 80% of the batch gets placement within 15 days of the assessment working in close coordination with the Placement support team.
Experience and Qualifications : Education: Graduate / Post Graduate with good communication skills and minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant knowledge of Accounts & Tally with training/teaching experiance.
Salary: As per industry norms.
